Equipment Introduction
1. High torque and high-precision water-cooled DD motor+4-station turntable, combined with silicon wafer Mark point camera positioning, to achieve high-speed and high-precision printing;
2. The roll paper transmission structure has a fast silicon wafer transmission speed and accurate position. The roll paper structure can avoid adverse effects such as dirt and debris on the table surface;
3. The online correction structure adopts a linear motor drive to achieve high-speed and high-precision positioning, while reducing the maintenance cost of structures such as screws, bearings, and couplings.
