Tunneled Oxide Passivated Contact Solar Cells (TOPCon) use high-quality ultra-thin silicon oxide and heavily doped polycrystalline silicon layers to achieve efficient passivation of the entire back surface, while selectively collecting charge carriers. They have the advantages of simple preparation process, no photo induced attenuation problem when using N-type silicon wafers, and compatibility with traditional high-temperature sintering technology.
