Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and related fields, with 3 years or more of work experience. Candidates with experience in integrating laser systems or developing high-precision equipment, and those who can simulate 3D animations are preferred;

2. Proficient in using 3D drawing software such as Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc;

3. Proficient in various mechanical transmission structures, working principles and selection of pneumatic components, as well as motor selection and design;

4. Familiar with the calculation and selection of standard purchased parts such as cylinders, guide rails, screws, linear motors, and DD motors, and understand CCD machine vision systems;

5. Familiar with the development of non-standard automation equipment, capable of independently responsible for scheme design, drawing, BOM list organization, leading project progress, and quickly solving on-site and debugging problems.

Job responsibilities:

2. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process departments to complete the development of the entire machine;

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, English proficiency level 4 or above, major in computer and automation control;

2. Familiar with visual positioning detection and laser marking, with more than one year of project development experience;

3. Familiar with C #, C++, and Winform programming environments, proficient in using multithreading, delegation, TCP/serial communication, and PLC communication for project development;

4. Develop visual algorithms using Halcon and possess the ability to evaluate visual schemes;

5. Capable of independently developing software and analyzing equipment anomalies;

6. Priority given to software developers who are engaged in or familiar with the photovoltaic and laser industries;

7. Strong learning ability, good communication and teamwork skills.

2. Responsible for on-site equipment debugging and delivery after sales;

3. Provide technical guidance during the equipment production process;

4. Provide technical guidance for after-sales abnormal issues and provide on-site technical support to customers;

5. Collect pre-sales and after-sales information of equipment and provide feedback on process abnormalities;

Qualification:

2. More than 1 year of experience in mechanical and electrical debugging of large and medium-sized equipment, with a certain foundation in PLC programming;
