Suitable for sintering the entire screen printing line.
1. The transmission of silicon wafers adopts a ceramic roller conveyor form, which takes away a large amount of heat compared to traditional metal mesh chains. The ceramic roller conveyor can avoid this defect and save more than 50% of energy;
2. Compared to traditional chain furnaces, the temperature difference inside the ceramic roller sintering furnace is lower, and the accompanying porous ceramic core combustion tower has lower energy consumption and is easier to maintain and clean.
