On December 15th, Shenzhen Han's Photovoltaic Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Han's Photovoltaic) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the photovoltaic industry with Zhejiang Taiqu New Energy Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Xingwen County, Sichuan Province at the Han's Laser Global Intelligent Manufacturing Center. This signing means that the three parties will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in multiple fields such as advanced photovoltaic technology, photovoltaic production and research construction, and photovoltaic industry cultivation,This marks a new chapter in the comprehensive deepening of strategic partnership among the three parties.

Gao Yunfeng, Chairman of Han's Laser, Ning Yanhua, Vice President and General Manager of Han's Photovoltaics, and Dong Yuying, Vice President; Zhou Mo, Executive Director of Zhejiang Taiqu New Energy, and Hu Faqing, General Manager; County Magistrate Zhou Mingjun and Deputy County Magistrate Shao Rui of Xingwen County People's Government in Sichuan Province attended the signing ceremony.

Zhejiang Taiqu New Energy Co., Ltd. has invested a total of 3 billion yuan in Xingwen County, Sichuan Province to build an 8GW TOPCon solar cell production project. The project covers an area of 230 acres and has already implemented the construction of the factory building foundation. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in March 2023. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 7 billion yuan.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Dahua Photovoltaic and Zhejiang Taiqu New Energy will leverage their respective technological and resource advantages in their professional fields, promote resource sharing and technological cooperation, build a stable and sustainable strategic partnership, and carry out comprehensive cooperation in multiple fields such as the construction of new generation efficient Topcon batteries, photovoltaic research and development centers, provincial laboratory testing platforms, and comprehensive linkage between industry, academia, and research.
